Dyno Database:

Individual Dyno Results:

Individual dyno results are shown below.  SAE corrected results are shown twice, using two different methods.  The first source (SAEd) are the SAE corrected results straight from the Dynojet.  The second source (SAEa) of SAE corrected results are obtained by using the same weather data collected at the Dyno, but also accurately reflecting the altitude of the building.  According to Google Earth, the EAS is located at 250 elevation.  Therefore, these second set of results are SAE corrected to 250 ft. elevation.

The legend below has the following meaning:

  • Dyno Run:  Dyno run file
  • Boost Avg:  Boost calculated using trend line.  This is the "official" boost for this dyno run.
  • Boost Peak:  Peak boost observed on this dyno run.
  • Temp(F) = Temperature (Farenheit)
  • RelH = Relative Humidity
  • Pressure(Hg) = Barometric Pressure
  • DA(ft) = Density Altitude
  • WHP(unc) = Uncorrected wheel horsepower
  • WTQ(unc) = Uncorrected wheel torque
  • WHP(SAEd) = SAE Corrected Horsepower using Dynojet weather station.
  • WTQ(SAEd) = SAE Corrected Torque using Dynojet weather station.
  • WHP(SAEa) = SAE Corrected Horsepower with altitude correction.
  • WTQ(SAEa) = SAE Corrected Torque with altitude correction.

Notes about 10-minute cool-down:

Even though Run_003 produced substantially higher results than Run_002, this run is considered invalid.  The car sat cooling down for ten minutes between Run_002 and Run_003.  This cool-down is a way to artificially increase horsepower output, and can be considered by some as a form of dyno manipulation.  Since Run_003 is immediately after the 10-minute cool-down, its entry is considered invalid for inclusion into the Dyno Database.  Therefore Run_002 was used instead.
